Although there was a little damage upon delivery, I love this couch! I was a little worried about ordering a couch online, not having sat on it, or seen the fabric in person, but I am very pleased. It was delivered right on time as scheduled in 2 large boxes. Unboxing was easy, screwing the legs on required a screwdriver and some strength, as there were no pilot holes. once the legs and caster wheels were on, assembly was easy. The storage area in the chaise is large and spring-loaded, which makes it easy to open. The pull out is easy to operate and makes a generous queen size with plenty of room to lay fully out. I am 5'8" and probably had at least another 6 inches of length room. The cushions are firm, and I love the medium gray color (NOT dark gray) it has alot of blue tones which goes great in my blue-gray room. The fabric is a low-pile chenille. Awesome addition to our multi-purpose room!
