The 4 stars is for the seller, not for the recliner that I received because the the one I received was pooly made. It did'nt work properly and the cushin was sagging less than a week. bought it for my 83 year old father who weighs 115, so it should not have sagged that quickly. I requested a return/refund which was accepted (they don't do exchange, just refund but you pay for the shipping, which would have cost me over $400 to return it).I went back to the seller told him my issue that it was too costly to return it, and he was kind enough to send me a prepaid return label. They said once they receive the recliner I would get full refund.Overall would have loved the recliner if it was working properly and cusing was staying firmIt’s comfortable. Price is good. Feels well made…… but it will not stay fully reclined unless you push your body weight to the top of the seat back and than recline it. Even if I do that it wants to shift to the not fully reclined position.The chair arrived earlier than expected. It was very easy to put together (it probably took less than 10 minutes). It looks just like the on-line picture. I'm not a tall person, so the recliner is a comfortable size, but I don't believe it would work for a taller or larger person.I took a chance on purchasing these chairs as the price for two seemed too good to be true. Very pleased with the quick shipping, simple assembly and overall style and quality. There are several of the same exact chairs for sale by other companies for the same price or more for one single chair -Yaheetech sells them in pairs. They are a bit firm, but I find them very comfortable and supportive of my back. I will note that one of the chairs had some loose strings on the arm that I had to carefully snip. Very pleased overall.So got two of them and was going to send one back. Still in box. But well they don't pay for returns and it would be $165. to ship back from CA. to NJ. So well if I send it back, I would be out the same amount. So looks like I will keep the rock. Next time, look for free returns. They winThis chair did not last long it was only comfy for about 10 min before you felt like you were on the ground. I sat in it 3 days ago and it broke completely. Not worth the cheapnessPros: Firm cushionCons: Recliner is pretty hard to push back, esp if you don't use both your handsIt was not clear while placing the order that we would need to ship the item on our own. Amazon or the seller should have done a better job specifying this. Put in a refund request due to the manual, relatively hard to recline mechanism but now stuck with this item as we don't have bandwidth or energy to return this. Now stuck with a furniture which won't find much use in our home :-|Nice chair for the price. Be aware legs are plastic but seem supportive. The seat is on the firm side.
