Loved the loveseat, but it was damaged on arrival. Box was damaged. I’m unsure if they automatically send another after they pick this one up. Unsure who to contact at Amazon.We received the couch, loveseat and chair yesterday. Assembly went well and so far, we are very happy with this purchase. Loving the light gray color and the genuine leather is very nice; it's also pretty comfortable.I received the Lizette sofa today, and despite the delivery being a pain in the bum, I am extremely impressed with its quality. It’s leather is very soft, the head rest and even the arms are plush and very comfortable to lounge on, and it was relatively simple to put together. You will need two people to set it up. Overall, this small sofa is a big two thumbs up and a great deal considering Macy’s sells this same sofa for over $6000 full retail price!Note: The delivery was a mess. Amazon asks you to select a scheduled delivery day, and then tells you the delivery window time. Well, apparently none of that matters on the delivery companies side (Per their dispatcher at BMD Logistics). I got a call a day early saying they would be at my house in 30 minutes to deliver—I wasn’t even at home. They ended up leaving the couch in a huge box on my porch. So be prepared that the delivery day you choose may not actually be the day the couch arrives.I love the all leather sofa. Very comfortable and firm. But I’ve had to order it three times due to tears, missing parts and last one ordered one side of recliner is defective. Inconvenience of having to order three times. Previously, I had ordered the loveseat and loved it so that is why I kept trying to get it right.Amazon Customer service is great though.Loveseat arrived with damaged legs and missing parts. I have been waiting for the parts for 4 weeks, now, so unable to use the loveseat.much nicer than expected, and it really is all leather. packaged well. Easy for 2 people to put together, you have to screw on the legs and supports then just put the 2 back pads and supports on. I like that it sits up on legs. Its a smaller sofa, but still bigger that a love seat, plenty of elbow room in the center. The amazon used a company called guardian logistics to deliver it. They sent 2 men to bring it up the steps and set it just inside the doorway. My husband still had to help them, which I was not really happy about.Very cute loveseat. We got it to watch TV and relax but it is not as comfortable as we expected, this is why I took 2 stars off.We will look for a pretty yet comfortable loveseat/ sofa. If you are thinking on something comfortable, look for something different.Assembly is easy - unzip the bottom of the chair and get the legs out and screw them in, connect the cables, plug it in and you're done - a 15-20 minute operation. Make sure you have a lot of light where you're working - the underside of the chair is black, the screws are black, and the flange through which the screws are inserted are black. The hardest part was unpacking the item from the box. It is packed REALLY well.
